The San Joaquin Engineers Council is pleased to announce Gene
Weatherby
as the recipient of the distinguished 2009 Engineer of the Year
Award.
Mr. Weatherby earned his bachelors degree in civil engineering from U.C. Berkeley in 1959. Read more
